Systems may require upgraded and/or separately purchased hardware, drivers, software, or BIOS updates to take full advantage of Windows functionality. Windows 11 is automatically updated, which is always enabled. High-speed internet and a Microsoft account are required. ISP fees may apply, and additional requirements may apply over time for updates.
[2] Multicore is designed to improve the performance of certain software products. Not all customers or software applications will necessarily benefit from use of this technology. Performance and clock frequency will vary depending on application workload and your hardware and software configurations. [2] For storage drives, GB = 1 billion bytes. TB = 1 trillion bytes. The actual formatted capacity is less. Up to 30 GB (for Windows) of disk space is reserved for system recovery software.
[3] Starting from November 1st 2023, all shipments will require Windows to be installed on an SSD to provide users with a better experience. HDD can only be configured as an additional data drive and not the boot drive.
